IATA Cargo Introductory
Duration: 4 Months
This course is for new comers to the cargo industry. It gives a broad understanding of cargo agency and airline operations. The course teaches industry terminology and coding, world geography and air cargo acceptance procedures. Students learn how to use the Air Cargo Tariff (TACT) and OAG Cargo Guide, to calculate basic rates, fees and charges, and correctly issue Air Waybills in accordance with IATA resolutions.
