Program overview

IATA and Harvard Business Publishing have partnered to offer a comprehensive training program for aviation and travel industry professionals and the modules to address the full spectrum of today's business challenges.

IATA Diploma in leadership and management (which encapsulates the IATA Foundation in Travel & Tourism coupled with certification in management and leadership accredited by the Harvard Business School)

The International Air Transport Association (IATA) is the trade association for the world’s airlines, representing some 280 airlines or 83% of total air traffic. We support many areas of aviation activity and help formulate industry policy on critical aviation issues.

The Harvard leadership and Management program/s & Diploma have to be done in conjunction with a first level 3 months course, as under:

  • Foundation in Travel & Tourism *
  • Ground Operations Management *
  • Domestic/International Study Tours
  • Passenger Ground Services *

We will offer a range of 15 topics as below, from which the student has to pick any 10 for appearing for the course eventually.

1 year ( 9 Months Classes + 3 months Internship)
